TERMS. 30-night minimum per HOA rules. No pets and no smoking or vaping per HOA (documented service animals accommodated). HOA application and approval required - we handle the paperwork. A $1,000 deposit reserves your dates; 50% due 90 days before arrival, balance and refundable security deposit 30 days before arrival.

Applicable Florida and Pinellas County transient rental taxes apply to stays of six months or less. Longer stays and full-season bookings welcome - ask about our January through April package.
